The Director of Consumer Affairs ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ has warned real estate agents to comply with their trust account ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ or face serious legal consequences, as a Springvale agent faces being permanently banned from the industry for allegedly misusing rental bond money.
